Domenic trained as a Paediatric Emergency Physician, General Paediatrician and Allergy Paediatrician through the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne and overseas at Great Ormond Street Hospital, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, UK and Harvard Centre For Medical Simulation, USA. At RCH Emergency he leads simulation training and is co-director of emergency medicine training, is an educator for University of Melbourne and researcher with Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, including quality improvement initiatives in airway management, anaphylaxis and debriefing clinical events.
